It will take place\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">in<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">the same venue, the Queen&#8217;s Landing Hotel in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario, Canada. The deadline for abstract submission has been extended to <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>11:59 PM EST<\/strong> <strong>April 30, 2022<\/strong><\/span>. <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">Please monitor this website (<\/span><\/span><a style=\"color: #ff6600;\" href=\"https:\/\/macmail.mcmaster.ca\/owa\/redir.aspx?C=bJrqcN-8GQUGC15nUmdtqwCQDRMaxZaU2qePeHyjX_fMi9ZLBwXYCA..&amp;URL=https%3a%2f%2fmentallexicon.artsrn.ualberta.ca%2f\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">https:\/\/mentallexicon.artsrn.ualberta.ca\/<\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span lang=\"en-US\">) for further updates on the Mental Lexicon conference.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Abstracts may be no longer than one (1) page, (21.6 \u00d7 27.9 cm \/ 8\u00bd \u00d7 11 in) single-spaced in a 12-point font, with 1-inch (2.54 cm) margins, plus references.\n<ol>\n<li>A complete list of references cited in the abstract must also be submitted, although if on an additional page it will not be included in the program booklet.<\/li>\n<li>In order to help ensure anonymity, abstracts should not contain excessive references to their authors&#8217; publications. Furthermore, the abstract should not contain acknowledgements for grants or to granting agencies.References in the abstract should normally be limited to published works.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Abstracts should contain:<\/span>\n<ol>\n<li>a title;<\/li>\n<li>a clear and explicit statement of the research question to be examined;<\/li>\n<li>a clear statement of the research context, including key references;<\/li>\n<li>an indication of the main arguments involved, including key examples, if applicable.
