The conference will be hosted at Queen’s Landing in Niagara-on-the-Lake.
Special Hotel pricing:
Please book your rooms now at the Queen’s Landing Hotel to ensure that you can take advantage of the special conference rate.
A limited number of rooms are reserved for the Mental Lexicon attendees in the Queen’s Landing hotel between October 11-14. The hotel offers a discounted rate of 209 CAD per night (166 USD, 155 EUR) for Oct 10 – Oct 14 and at a discounted weekend rate of 229 CAD/night (182 CAD, 170 EUR) for Friday Oct 15. This conference room rate ($209 CDN = $162 USD) was set before the onset of the COVID 19. So, it will be much lower than the ‘open market’ hotel pricing.
Please note that when the reserved block of rooms is exhausted, some of the bookings may be made at the same discounted rates in the sister hotels of Queen’s Landing (https://www.vintage-hotels.com/queens-landing/), i.e., Pillar and Post (https://www.vintage-hotels.com/pillar-and-post/), or Prince of Wales (https://www.vintage-hotels.com/prince-of-wales/). These hotels are in the walking distance from the Queen’s Landing and are just as luxurious and accommodating.
The conference will be held in the hotel, so this will add considerable convenience for those who have secured a guest room.
For maximum convenience, book online. Use the Group ID 3227306 when you book online for the nights of Oct. 11 – Oct. 14. For reservations that start earlier or end later than the conference, it is best to arrange the early arrival or late departure with the hotel directly at 1-888-669-5566 or (1) 905 468 2195, quoting the Group ID 3227306 and letting the staff know you are a part of the International Conference on the Mental Lexicon. The special conference rates do not apply earlier or later than the conference.
The hotel is a member of the Vintage Hotel group and guests staying in the hotel will have access to all three Vintage hotels in Niagara-on-the-Lake.
