If you are presenting a talk:
Each talk is allowed 15 minutes for presentation, with an additional 5 minutes for discussion. Please make sure your talk does not go longer than 15 minutes. Laptops will be set up on site for presentation files.
If you are presenting a poster:
We recommend that posters conform to the standard poster dimensions: 48 inches x 36 inches. They may be either horizontal or vertical. The poster boards are 48 inches x 48 inches (4 feet x 4 feet). Posters will be hung on a poster board prior to the poster session in which you are presenting.
